I used to count every calorie.
Then I started actually cooking.

I spent years running gyms and obsessing over food the wrong way — tracking, measuring, making every meal feel like work. Then I stopped. I started cooking by feel. And everything tasted better.

Now I make food content for people who want to eat well without the stress. No diet culture, no perfection required.
