Place a bowl under a fine pasta strainer and pour the liquid into the bowl. Highly recommend doing this in the sink just in case.
Sip on immediately and add freshly minced garlic, lemon, hot sauce, spices etc OR save in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge OR in the freezer until you’re ready to use.
